Gift: Blanket

I wish I had more pictures of some of the gifts I've made for people, but I've lost many and others I forgot to photograph in the 1st place. I do want to showcase different things I have made, though. This was made for a dear friend of mine who is in the midst of infertility. As someone who's been through it, I thought an encouraging gift in anticipation of a future baby might give her some cheer. She has talked before about doing a green, monkey-themed nursery whether she has a boy or girl. So when I saw this material, I knew it was perfect for her. I hand-sewed the quite part and then tied the fleece border. I want one for myself now!
