23rd Birthday: Happy Birthday

For one of my best friend's birthday, we had a really low-key girls night out. There were only 5 of us. We had dinner at Olive Garden and then came back to my house for games and cupcakes. I decorated with basic party supplies, including a tablecloth, party plates, streamers, and balloons. My mom baked the cupcakes and cake and I decorated them (they definitely looks "homemade"!). And, finally, I made cupcake toppers (a new creative venture of mine) with various decorations as well as everyone's names on them.
