Happy Birthday, Marcia!

I wanted to wish the happiest birthday to my dear online friend, Marcia. Since I can't be there to throw you a party myself, I wanted to create one for you on my blog. Going out on a whim, without consulting you at all, I am throwing you a classy French-themed party. Here it is:
